“The Hidden Side of [My] Life” (Requested)
You might have noticed that the only blog posts I’ve been putting up lately are either random photos from when Ed and I go to class, papers that I write for homework, or stuff about League of Legends. That’s because that’s pretty much all I’ve been up to lately.I recently got a request to blog about “the hidden side of [my] life” – the life that doesn’t show up on the Internet. Unfortunately, there really isn’t much of a hidden side to my life right now (or ever, when I’m back at my home town for summer break), and the parts that I don’t write about online are pretty boring anyway.Other than doing homework and going to class, I’ve been spending most of the rest of my time either at the laundromat (family business) watching to make sure nobody blows it up, and doing martial arts at the academy near our family business. If you follow me on Twitter, you might remember that I had two interesting things happen at the laundromat.A lot of people leave coins on the ground because we’re a coin laundromat, and all our machines take quarters only. Along with quarters, our laundromat is usually pretty scattered with a lot of coins in general. Yesterday, I thought I found a penny on the ground and swooped down to pick it up. Then I realized I got trolled by a bottle cap.Earlier today, there was a woman singing the ABC song with her child. She was repeating it quite a bit, but I noticed something strange about it. When I listened more closely, I realized she was leaving out the letter X.Yes, that is literally some of the most interesting things that happen at our laundromat. Other than that, it usually just sitting around on my laptop, cleaning machines, and sweeping the floor.Unfortunately, I can’t promise you any high-action suspenseful content in the future, but I’ll try to at least make my papers more interesting or something.
