Do Not Eat Moldy Bagels
Do you know what happens when you eat a moldy bagel?
I don’t know either, but I’m going to find out very soon.
Tip of the Day: If you’re about to eat a bagel, check what it looks like before you eat it. Otherwise, you might notice an odd dirt-like taste, then realize that you’re eating a moldy bagel after you’ve already finished over half of it.

Topic #217: Are you driven by your head or your heart? Or maybe by something else? How do you balance the conflicting forces for how to be?
This is actually a very coincidentally relevant topic, because I recently read a book about the importance of using both your logic and your emotions when making decisions, and knowing when to use each.
I’ve always been someone to make decisions based off of logic and reasoning, so I have historically been someone to be driven by my head. However, after reading the book How We Decide by Jonah Lehrer, I now make sure that some of my decisions are made by my emotions if I determine that my emotions would make better choices than my logic in that particular situation.
If you want to read more about this book, I wrote a short summary and review of it in my blog post from June 05, 2011.
