OpenX Fail

You know what I hate? Software that doesn’t work.

You know what software doesn’t work (either that or I’m too dumb to figure out how to make it work)? OpenX.

You know what I’m being forced to install and configure right now? OpenX.

In other news, I tried to talk with a Dell customer service representative to set up a laptop exchange (if you don’t know what’s wrong with my laptop, then you’ve been missing out on some awesome Dell fail stories), but apparently they’re doing network and software upgrades, and they can’t pull up my information.

Who does network and software upgrades in the middle of the day in the middle of the week? Aren’t you supposed to do maintenance in the middle of the night or on weekends when the company’s closed?
