About Me

I am currently a third-year undergraduate college student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the United States, studying to get a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in psychology and sociology, and a minor in criminal justice. I will be graduating in August 2013.

I am best known for being a multimedia content producer and an online entertainer / Internet personality. I am the owner of Parkzer.com, where I host my personal blog as well as a collection of articles I have written. I also occasionaly make comedic YouTube videos and vlogs.

On top of that, I am an eSports shoutcaster, mainly working as a part of the Hard Drop, one of the largest Tetris communities. I primarily cover competitive Tetris and League of Legends events. My style of casting is best described as high-action and engaging. On a related note, I also recreationally stream games on my personal Twitch.TV channel.

My interests include the Internet, writing, law, Avril Lavigne, martial arts, and the fourth dimension.

Note that I do not have multiple accounts on any of the listed websites in the sidebar. Anyone else on those sites claiming to be me are impostors.

Frequently Asked Questions

---

GENERAL

"Why don't you ever say Hi to me when you see me on the streets?"

This may sound a little funny, but I have unrealistically poor eyesight so I usually cannot recognize people unless they are pretty close to me. On top of that, my eyes take a long time to shift their depth of focus so the things around me are usually blurry unless I stare at a particular object for a while and consciously make an effort to bring it into focus.

I am absolutely not ignoring you on purpose; feel free to call out my name or approach me if you would like.

TWITTER

"Will you follow me (back)?"

I do not follow people on Twitter just because they ask me to follow them. For me to follow you on Twitter, you must be an active tweeter who does not tweet excessively. The topics about which you tweet must be of interest to me. Just because I am friends with you in real life does not necessarily mean I will follow you.

"Why haven't you been tweeting much lately?"

The amount I tweet is highly dependent on what interesting things I happen to come across. If I don't tweet for a few days, it usually means I have been busy or I have not done anything interesting.

FACEBOOK

"What happened to your Facebook profile?"

I no longer use Facebook regularly, but I didn't want to completely deactivate my profile, so I kept it but made everything private or deleted it and made it impossible to interact with me unless I initiate the interaction. I did not specifically add you to a restricted-access list, and what you see is the same as what everyone else sees.

"Why did you stop using Facebook?"

It ended up becoming a waste of my time and more bothersome than beneficial. There are some pretty annoying people on Facebook that you inevitably have to deal with when using the site, and I got tired of blocking people.

"Where can I see the content you used to have on your profile?"

All of my old videos are also on my YouTube channel; all of my old photos are also on my Picasa Web Albums account.

"I noticed that you still make posts once in a while, what's with that?"

I check my account occasionally and may or may not respond to things that need my attention. Sometimes, when I want to share something with someone and I do not have another convenient method of contact, or if I want to publicly share it, I will do so via Facebook. None of this means that I am once again regularly active on Facebook.

"Will you accept my friend request?"

The one and only Facebook account I have is my personal account, so I will not be accepting all friend requests. If you know me in person and I have not yet accepted your friend request, let me know via email and I'll take care of it. If you found my Facebook account via my website, videos, or other online content and don't know me in person, I will not be accepting your friend request until we get to know each other better.

YOUTUBE

"Why don't you reply to my comments or messages?"

I rarely read the comments on my videos and I never check my YouTube inbox. If you would like to contact me regarding a video, send your feedback via email.

"Will you subscribe to me?"

No. I believe subscribers should be earned, not solicited.
